  • So easy to use and the treats are really yummy! My husband has a sweet tooth that won’t stop, and I am constantly baking or buying sweets for him. One of his favorites is any kind of ice cream, but he especially likes ice cream with fruit in it. I would like him to be healthier, so when I received the opportunity to review this frozen treat machine by VonShef I was very excited. I made our first treat last night, using a frozen strawberry and banana blend you can find in the supermarket, but I know that fruit alone wouldn’t go over with my husband, at least not at first, so I froze a small bowl of fat-free half-and-half with a little sugar and vanilla mixed in, so that the result would be more like ice cream. You need fairly small pieces of frozen fruit, but the machine’s easy to use. I put my bowl I’m going to eat from in the freezer when I get the fruit out to thaw, and that helps keep it from melting as quickly when it’s finished. I also keep a bowl of warm water ready, and as soon as I finish grinding up the fruit, I take…
